Tired of low resolution, poor audio connections and connection issues with your standard video conferencing provider? Try one of our two video conferencing services! Offering full HD video, excellent audio quality and topnotch technical support. Allwest's video conferencing options provide excellent experiences well above and beyond a standard Teams or Zoom meeting.
For smaller scale video conferencing we run a full private service for up to 30 users. This service is excellent for virtual court matters, examinations or interviews as it offers high quality audio and video. With participant screen sharing and optional HD document cameras you can easily share documents between parties and keep your proceedings moving efficiently. Witnesses can easily join proceedings using any internet-connected device using Google Chrome, or through a free downloadable app.
We use this system for a wide variety of legal proceedings locally, nationally and internationally, including with the High Court of Hong Kong.
Additionally, for special circumstances where more control of the video is necessary we can remotely deploy our video conference hardware to any location with a hardwired internet access. By using our own hardware parties are able to control the remote camera from their location allowing one to pan, tilt and zoom the camera remotely. This can only be done when we are connecting between our own hardware.
Looking to reach a wider audience? Our web-based large scale video service officers an excellent experience to much larger audience. This video system is specifically made for running large presentations and interaction with users. Take live questions through video, ask participants to comment in the chat, run real-time polls with answer on the fly. Everything to allow you to keep your participants active and engaged.
This service features numerous helpful features such as downloadable documents for participants, full-text of chat interactions, user logs, remotely assignable presenters, breakout rooms, audio and video broadcasting of event and many more.
Additionally, with unique features such hosted presentations allow any presenter to manipulate slides. Presenters can advance or go back to previous slides, highlight important materials with their cursors and even draw on slides, giving them much greater control of the presentation. And once that presenter is finished, you can seemless provide the same control to the next remote presenter.
For the management side of your conference you also have the ability to promote multiple people to have moderator privileges allowing great control on your meetings and it doesn't fall on just a single person. You can also download full participant lists, text of chat including polls. For security anyone with moderator privilege can lock users, mute all parties, remove parties from meetings, send private messages to users and assign and re-take presenter privileges.
